We understand that each patient is different, and we promise to give you the personal attention you deserve. Your first orthodontic visit is complimentary, and will consist of an examination and discussion of potential treatment options. This important visit will address your orthodontic needs to determine if this is the proper time to begin treatment.
After we have evaluated your records, we will conduct a treatment consultation to explain all aspects of your recommended treatment in detail. We will provide a complete clinical diagnosis regarding the nature of the problem, a written summary of our findings, and a detailed plan that outlines your treatment, goals, and estimated fees. We encourage questions from both the patient and/or the parent, and as such, we provide ample time to answer your questions.

Braces are an important investment, and we want to make your decision to receive orthodontic care easy and affordable. Our office offers a complimentary consultation that includes an examination and a discussion of recommended treatment. One of our primary goals is to help the average family afford braces without straining their finances.

We can set up your monthly payment to be automatically drafted on an agreed upon date each month from your checking or savings account. Please provide us with a voided check.
Monthly payments will automatically be charged to your credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Please provide us with your credit card information.
You may pay by phone by calling (866) 255-1016 between the hours of 8am and 8pm using your banking account or credit/debit card.
If paying in cash, please bring your payment directly to the front desk. You may also make a payment in our office by check and credit/debit card.
We accept and file most insurance plans for our patients. Please provide us with your insurance information at your first appointment.
As a service to our patients, we are pleased to offer dental financing in-house and through CareCredit®.
Call our office as soon as possible if you break or loosen any of your appliances. Please do not come directly to the office – by calling us, you will allow us to create a time to see you. Even if you have a regular appointment scheduled, call us immediately to notify us if you need an appliance repaired.
